On Tuesday 18 July, the informal meeting of competitiveness and telecommunications ministers takes place at Tallinn Creative Hub (Kultuurikatel).

Over two days, ministers focus their discussions on the functioning of the single market – the free movement of data and its application. The ministers of both fields along with entrepreneurs and scientists discuss the barriers to the free movement of data and the activities that would help eliminate these obstacles.
